Consulting Rosarians are volunteers who have taken training and made a commitment to assist others with their knowledge of rose care and cultural problems.  They make an effort to keep abreast of the latest techniques and procedures to control pests and problems that rose growers encounter.  They are available to assist you at no cost.  They are also working people with limited time and resources so keep that in mind as you call them.
